We believe that strong corporate governance is key to creating lasting value, improving risk management and reducing opportunities for fraud and corruption. We support our companies to implement strong corporate governance systems.
Gender
We strive to promote gender equality and women‘s empowerment through our investments and within our group. We use the 2X criteria to assess the gender impact of our companies.
Climate
It is our belief that portfolio companies have a responsibility to address climate change to reduce risks and incrementally benefit society on climate. We assess climate risks for all deals, including GHG measurement, while seeking opportunities for improvement.

We ensure our companies implement a commitment to the respect of human rights, integral to their business conduct, and that they never infringe the defined human rights of employees, customers, and all other stakeholders.
