Any person or organisation who is adversely impacted by EMIA’s activities can lodge a grievance. Grievances should be submitted by emailing us and preferably contain the following information:​​

• Identity of complainant’s name, addresses and other contact details.​
• Identity of individual, project or other party related to EMIA against which the complaint is being made. ​
• A description of the issue.​
• A description of any action taken to date. ​

​Any complaint submitted by email will be reviewed by our management committee.​

The persons who have lodged a grievance will be kept informed about expected response times and progress made in addressing grievances.
