Together with Joshua, Trent founded <\/span>EMGH and EMIA\u2019s sister company,\u00a0<\/span>EMC, in 2004.\u00a0 Prior to launching\u00a0<\/span>EMIA, Trent was involved in driving the\u00a0<\/span>strategy of the consulting business\u00a0<\/span>and supporting the overall\u00a0<\/span>development of EMGH \u2013 \u00a0the latter\u00a0<\/span>role he continues to play today. Muykheng began her career at Emerging Markets Investment Advisers before pursuing a Master\u2019s in Quantitative Finance at Temple University as a Fulbright Scholar. During her time in the United States, she also worked with a private investment firm before returning to EMIA to continue her focus on private equity in Southeast Asia. Sreybol began her career as a Business Analyst for ADB and EBRD-funded projects with Sheladia Associates, Inc. She also worked for DAI Global as an Operations Specialist on a USAID-funded project. Prior to joining EMIA, Sreybol worked at EY Cambodia as a Finance Lead and then as a Finance Consultant, managing both operations and internal projects. Sreybol holds a dual Master’s degree in Risk Management from Nantes University in France.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After this,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>she held several roles, growing from\u00a0<\/span><\/span>junior to supervisor level, with a focus\u00a0<\/span><\/span>on finance and accounting and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>worked most recently as an\u00a0<\/span><\/span>accounting supervisor at BS Land and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Home, a real estate developer in\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Cambodia.
