We invest up to three time in each Portfolio Company &#8211; from seed to scale stages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Round 1: USD $25,000 &#8211; $75,000<\/li>\n<li>Round 2: USD $75,000+<\/li>\n<li>Round 3: USD $100,000+<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In some cases, we will also lead or join a syndicate investing in a larger round.<\/p>\n<p>This approach allows the portfolio company to focus on growth their business &#8211; rather than spending time, and energy raising investment.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"color: #003e87!important\">Liquidity<\/h3>\n<p>We are an &#8220;evergreen&#8221; investment company, not a traditional fund. As a result, we are not bound to generate returns on a fixed schedule based on the lifetime of a fund.
