Equity Investments
We have a unique “triple down” approach to investing. We invest up to three time in each Portfolio Company – from seed to scale stages:
- Round 1: USD $25,000 – $75,000
- Round 2: USD $75,000+
- Round 3: USD $100,000+
In some cases, we will also lead or join a syndicate investing in a larger round.
This approach allows the portfolio company to focus on growth their business – rather than spending time, and energy raising investment.
Liquidity
We are an “evergreen” investment company, not a traditional fund. As a result, we are not bound to generate returns on a fixed schedule based on the lifetime of a fund. We take a flexible to liquidation, working with each Portfolio Company to create optimal returns on investments via:
- Sale of shares to subsequent investors
- Sale of the Portfolio Company to an acquirer
- Dividends
