Mr. Mark Taylor - Managing Partner
As Managing Partner, Mark has overall responsibility for the successful growth and operations of EMC’s consulting businesses. He oversees the consulting staff, project execution, key client projects, strategy and business development for the firm. Mark joined EMC in 2006, where he led project management, client delivery and proposal development work in Cambodia. He then successfully opened and managed the EMC Lao PDR office, before returning to Cambodia at the end of 2010.

Foreign Investor Perceptions Survey: EMC was asked by the World Bank to conduct a survey of foreign investor perceptions. This project surveyed 108 foreign companies to provide insights into investors’ experiences and perceptions of the investment climate and opportunities in the country. The results will be used for improving the overall investment climate, for attracting further investment and stimulating business growth in Cambodia.
