Trent has led and contributed to a number of EMC’s consulting projects and continues to act as an advisor on most of the firm’s client work. He has led analysis on market entry strategies and project feasibility studies in the Cambodian healthcare, telecoms and commercial real estate sectors and continues to provide inputs on most of EMC’s business consulting projects.

Xaybandith joined EMC in 2008, sharing overall responsibility for the firm’s successful growth and operations, especially for EMC Laos.

As Managing Partner, Mark has overall responsibility for the successful growth and operations of EMC’s consulting businesses. He oversees the consulting staff, project execution, key client projects, strategy and business development for the firm. Mark joined EMC in 2006, where he led project management, client delivery and proposal development work in Cambodia. He then successfully opened and managed the EMC Lao PDR office, before returning to Cambodia at the end of 2010.

A Manager within EMC’s consulting business, Gordon has responsibility for managing client engagements, development of new business opportunities, project management, and for leading analytical work-streams. Gordon has led work on both the business and investment consulting and the private sector development perspectives of our client work.
