An advisory committee comprised of representatives from the Fund's primary investors will provide oversight of the Fund and guidance to the Fund Manager across a range of issues.

Julia Brickell (IFC) Julia Brickell is currently the Head of IFC's Operations in Hong Kong. Prior to her appointment, she was the Resident Representative for IFC in Cambodia, a role she took up in April 2009. A New Zealand and US national, Julia has spent over 7 years with IFC in various roles, most recently assisting governments with Public-Private partnerships and Privatization advice. Previously, Ms Brickell opened and managed IFC's Lebanon Office, and managed a significant ramp-up of IFC's operations there. Prior to joining IFC, Ms. Brickell was a Vice President at Parsons Brinckerhoff, a major multinational project management and engineering company. During her tenure at Parsons Brinckerhoff, Ms. Brickell held a number of positions, the last being Assistant to the Chairman of the group's international operations. |

Pekka Juusela (Finnfund) Mr. Pekka Juusela heads Finnfund's private equity investment operations at the company's Investment Operations Division, based in Helsinki, Finland. Mr. Juusela first joined Finnfund in 1990, and after an interim period of some years with the United Nations in Kenya and Switzerland he rejoined the company in 1999 to head their South East Asia Office, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He repatriated to Finland in 2005. |

Fay Chetnakarnkul (Norfund) Fay Chetnakarnkul will represent Norfund on the Advisory Committee. Fay is a Regional Director (Asia) and heads the Norfund Asia office. Prior to joining Norfund, Fay worked at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), The World Bank Group. Fay has experience within the field of development finance from transactions in Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America and Eastern Europe. Fay is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). |

David Nieuwendijk (FMO) David Nieuwendijk is a Senior Investment Officer with the Private Equity department at FMO, the Netherlands Development Finance Company, where he is responsible for FMO's Private Equity activities in South East Asia. Before becoming responsible for the aforementioned region, Mr. Nieuwendijk was responsible for FMO's Private Equity activities in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Prior to joining the Private Equity Department, Mr. Nieuwendijk worked as a Senior Investment Officer at the Special Operations department (special credits) of FMO, where he was responsible for FMO's distressed portfolio in Asia as well as in Latin America. In addition, Mr. Nieuwendijk served for several years as member of FMO's Investment Committee. Prior to that, Mr. Nieuwendijk was investment Officer with the Asia Department at FMO, where he was responsible for the portfolio in Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Mr. Nieuwendijk started his banking career as an Account Manager with Banque Nationale de Paris in Amsterdam, in 1991 where he was responsible for part of BNP's international credit portfolio. Mr. Nieuwendijk holds a Master of Business Administration from Henley The Management College in Henley-on-Thames, The United Kingdom. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of investments in South East Asia as well as on boards in The Netherlands. |

Jan-Henrik Kuhlmann (Obviam) Jan-Henrik Kuhlmann, Investment Manager and Partner responsible for Asia and Cleantech, joined Obviam's predecessor SIFEM in 2009 and is responsible for private equity fund investments in South and Southeast Asia. He also coordinates Obviam's Cleantech activities and serves on the investment committees of two European financing facilities for emerging markets (EFP and ICCF).
Prior to joining SIFEM Jan gained direct investment experience in the venture capital Cleantech space as Senior Investment Manager for Gimv N.V. / Emerald Technology Ventures AG. Previously, Jan worked for 10 years in the power technology industry with ABB and ALSTOM, holding management positions in engineering, tendering & sales as well as product management.
Jan holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Hanover, Germany, and an MBA from HEC Paris, France.
