Mr. Trent Eddy (Chairman)
Trent plays a key role in the consulting business by leading strategic business development efforts, providing thought leadership across sectors and building strategic partnerships.  In his roles on the management team, Trent focuses his energies on company strategy and expansion initiatives. Trent has been consulting on business and the private sector in Cambodia since 2000, prior to which his consulting work at Bain & Company covered engagements in Australia, South Africa and the UK, where he served clients in the airline, telecommunications, financial services, defence and government sectors, among others. Trent holds a MA in Economics from Cambridge University, and an MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from London School of Economics. He is an Australian national.

Mr. Joshua Morris
Joshua  has taken primary responsibility for the development and management of EMGH’s investment activities, having previously been responsible for all client delivery at EMC. Prior to launching EMC Cambodia, Joshua was a member of the senior management team that raised US$18 million in venture funding for Convey Software and managed multi-million dollar partnership agreements in his business development role at PlanetRx.com. Joshua holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA cum laude from Harvard University. Josh is an American national.

Mr. Hong Setha
Setha brings the benefits of deep local market knowledge to EMGH’s consulting and investment businesses. Prior to co-founding EMC Cambodia, Setha was part of the initial team behind Caltex’s entry into Cambodia, with particular responsibility for marketing strategy for their retail and distribution network in Cambodia. Setha holds an MBA from the Sydney Graduate School of Management, and a BSc from the United Nations in Thailand. He is a Cambodian-Australian national.

Mr. Ron Eddy
Ron is an internationally experienced executive who combines a scientific background with strong general management and marketing skills learned and honed in Australia, then practised in Europe, USA and Asia. He boasts 30+ years of international senior management experience on 4 continents, with Ciba-Geigy, including as global marketing director for its dyes and chemicals division and as region division head for the Singapore region.
