Mr. Phy Nidona – Analyst

donaDona started at EMC as an Analyst in 2011.Β  In this role, he takes responsibility for conducting research, developing market intelligence and generating ideas to support EMC’s projects. At EMC, he has gained experience from conducting market research for agricultural and agro-processing products, and developing recommendations to be implemented in a women’s economic empowerment project.

Prior to his career at EMC, Dona was a project manager of Young Leaders Challenge, which is a project that trains and supports youth to create business plans, including business plan competitions. With his experience as the 3rd place winner of the National SME Business Plan Competition co-organized by WASEDA University of Japan, he has committed to consulting with and supporting 20 teams to create their business plans in Young Leaders Challenge.Β  In addition, he was a Local Committee President of AIESEC Cambodiaβ€”one of the largest youth-driven leadership organizations based in more than 110 countries worldwide.

Currently he is pursuing his Masters in Business with a major of Business Management at Charles Sturt University (Australia) and the Economics and Finance Institute. Dona holds 2 bachelor degrees; a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the Economics and Finance Institute, and a BA in English for Professional Communication from the Institute of Foreign Languages. He is a Cambodian national.
